All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

In May, 1974, the first Branch Office of WelPland™ Insurance was opened near Lloyd Center, followed by seven more offices in the Portland Metro Area. In May of 1992, the MacLean family decided to sell the Branch offices to the Branch managers, thus making each office individually owned and operated. Since 1992, the face of WelPland™ changed and began writing not only hard-to-place auto insurance, but also preferred auto and home insurance along with small business insurance.

There are currently three of the original offices that are open for business, providing the same great service as before and building loyalty in clientele. These are two of the reasons why WelPland™ Insurance in Portland has been on the insurance scene for nearly 60 years.
